Pjerin is an homage to the unfinished work of Marin Držić – one of the best Croatian Renaissance playwrights and prose writers, that carries the same name. But Pjerin is more than a name. Step inside, and you might as well feel like Pjerin, the main protagonist – evoking the feeling of being in love for the first time while your heart flutters with youthful impatience, waiting to taste what it desires the most.
Here, the taste of the past, present, and future blend to create an infinity of the finest gastronomic pleasure. The past gifted us with traditions embodied in recipes that carry a cultural legacy. The present provides us with locally sourced ingredients whose freshness feels like a moment frozen in time. The future keeps teaching us ways to transcend the known and embrace the improved. Together, they tell a story of time, hidden in each plate that serves you timeless moments of tasteful bliss.
But not all wonders hide in plain sight. Some of them are the ones that catch the attention right from the moment the eyes first meet them. A visual feast for all design lovers unravels when they notice the work of Arthur Casas adorned by the indoor and outdoor chairs designed by Patricia Urquiola and Guido Faleschini.
