As the sun sets over the Adriatic and Dubrovnik’s Old Town glows in golden light, Galanto Bar transforms into a vibrant rooftop stage where gastronomy meets music.

Meet Maroje, our talented Sous Chef and resident DJ. Born and raised in Dubrovnik, Maroje has spent years refining two parallel passions: the precision of modern cuisine and the rhythm of electronic music. Now, for the first time, he brings them together in one seamless experience.

Every Friday, Maroje curates both the menu and the music, creating a sensory journey where flavours, textures, and sound evolve in perfect harmony. His culinary style is modern, intuitive, and focused on balance, while his DJ sets are driven by groove, progression, and energy, much like the dishes he creates.

Enjoy a specially designed selection of signature finger food, crafted by Maroje himself, paired with his sunset DJ sessions featuring deep house and sophisticated rooftop sounds.

A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Villa. Departures from the Ploče Gate bus station run every hour and 15 minutes, while departures from Villa Dubrovnik run every full hour, between 15:00 and 23:00.

The final transfer from Ploče to the Villa is at 23:15.

Transfers are operated by a dark grey Mercedes V-Class.
