A Four Hands Dinner, an exclusive one-night collaboration between Executive Chef Robert Račić and guest Chef Tibor Valinčić.

Bringing together two accomplished chefs with distinct yet complementary perspectives, the evening celebrates the creative process behind exceptional dining. Guest Chef Tibor Valinčić, Croatia’s youngest Michelin-starred chef and Head Chef of the renowned Zagreb restaurant Dubravkin put, is recognised for his refined, ingredient-driven approach and contemporary interpretation of Croatian cuisine. Alongside him, Executive Chef Robert Račić continues to shape the culinary identity of Pjerin through a philosophy rooted in seasonality, precision, and the flavours of the Adriatic.

Designed exclusively for this occasion, the tasting menu reflects a harmonious exchange of ideas, techniques, and inspirations, with each course contributing to a singular culinary experience.

The specially created tasting menu is accompanied by an optional carefully selected pairing of Croatian wines, offering guests a seamless journey through contemporary flavours, refined technique, and the richness of the country’s culinary heritage. While every course tells its own story, the menu is intended to be enjoyed as a complete experience — from the first bite to the final petit four.

Against the timeless backdrop of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic, Pjerin provides the perfect setting for an evening dedicated to exceptional dining. Designed to be savoured at an unhurried pace, Chef Stories invites guests to experience a menu where thoughtful craftsmanship, carefully selected wines, and impeccable hospitality come together in perfect balance.

Limited to just 40 guests, Chef Stories: A Four Hands Dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience the creativity of two chefs brought together through a menu crafted exclusively for this one-night event.

The evening begins with cocktails at 19:30, followed by dinner served promptly at 20:00.

Tasting menu: €175 per person
Tasting menu with wine pairing: €250 per person

A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Villa. Departures from the Ploče Gate bus station run every hour and 5 minutes, while departures from Villa Dubrovnik run every full hour, between 15:00 and 23:00.

The final transfer from Ploče to the Villa is at 23:05.

Transfers are operated by a dark grey Mercedes V-Class.
