Chefs' Stories: A Four Hands Dinner
Following an exceptional inaugural edition, Chefs’ Stories returns to Pjerin at Villa Dubrovnik with a new chapter celebrating the artistry of contemporary Croatian gastronomy.
On Saturday, 8 August, Executive Chef Robert Račić welcomes Chef Bernard Korak, the visionary behind Restaurant Korak in Plešivica, one of Croatia’s most celebrated dining destinations, proudly recognised with both a MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star. Known for his unwavering commitment to sustainability, seasonality and a profound respect for his surroundings, Korak has established a culinary philosophy that transforms the landscape of Plešivica into an unforgettable dining experience. Having refined his craft alongside some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, including Massimo Bottura and Ana Roš, he has returned to his family estate to create a cuisine that is both deeply rooted in tradition and unmistakably contemporary.
Together with Robert Račić, whose cuisine at Pjerin reflects the elegance of the Adriatic and the richness of the Mediterranean, the two chefs will present an exclusive tasting menu created especially for this one evening. Blending their individual philosophies with a shared pursuit of excellence, each course becomes part of a culinary dialogue.

Limited to just 40 guests, Chefs’ Stories: A Four Hands Dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience the creativity of two chefs brought together through a menu crafted exclusively for this one-night event.
The evening begins with cocktails at 19:30. This exceptional culinary experience has been thoughtfully designed to unfold over approximately three hours.
Tasting menu: €175 per person
Tasting menu with wine pairing: €250 per person
Reservations are required due to the limited number of seats.
A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Villa. Departures from the Ploče Gate bus station run every hour and 5 minutes, while departures from Villa Dubrovnik run every full hour, between 15:00 and 23:00.
The final transfer from Ploče to the Villa is at 23:05.
Transfers are operated by a dark grey Mercedes V-Class.
