Imagine a serene waking-up experience, where you open your eyes to a direct sea view through floor-to-ceiling windows. The openness of the space creates an additional fusion of the outside and inside world, blending it seamlessly for an outstanding experience. The bathroom stands out with two marble sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a wall with a magic glass feature for privacy. The design uses natural shapes and forms for smooth movement and a soothing color palette that enhances the overall emotion of the space.
Designed according to the vision of Studio Arthur Casas, with authentic materials such as original Croatian stone and polished wood, the space reflects the rich city's heritage and the beauty of its surroundings. To further highlight this and celebrate the profound Italian influences on Dubrovnik, the room is adorned with iconic pieces by a well-known Italian designer and modernist architect, Gio Ponti. By integrating his furniture design the space pays tribute to one of the 20th century’s most complex architects. In this room, you can encounter his desk, coffee table, stool, and side table design. The Hammock Lounge Chair is designed by Rene Gonzalez. Here you will also encounter the Delfino armchair by Erberto Carboni, a significant example of the so-called "organic" furniture. The blankets and some cushions are decorated with a one-of-a-kind Dubrovnik "Pattern" inspired by the traditional local costumes. Dubrovnik Floor Lamp and Dubrovnik Sofa are designed specially for this project by Arthur Casas.
