Named after the Old Dubrovnik word for wonder, this suite truly lives up to its name. Its location creates the feeling of floating on the sea. Stepping inside is like stepping into a world of wonders where decadent indulgence lives. Thoughtfully designed incorporating materials and color palettes that accentuate the beauty of the miraculous view, the space provides more than just the greatest comfort. Here, you are at liberty to admire the Adriatic Sea and the panoramic views of Dubrovnik through floor-to-ceiling windows and relax in a jacuzzi on a 54 sq. m terrace enveloped in Mediterranean scents. The bathroom stands out with two marble sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a wall with a magic glass feature for privacy.
Designed according to the vision of Studio Arthur Casas, with authentic materials such as original Croatian stone and polished wood, the space reflects the rich city's heritage and the beauty of its surroundings. To further highlight this and celebrate the profound Italian influences on Dubrovnik, the room is adorned with iconic pieces by a well-known Italian designer and modernist architect, Gio Ponti. By integrating his furniture design the space pays tribute to one of the 20th century’s most complex architects. In this room, you can encounter his desk, coffee table, stool, lounge chair, and side table design. The Hammock Lounge Chair is designed by Rene Gonzalez. Tucroma Chair is the design of Guido Faleschini. Here you will also encounter the Delfino armchair by Erberto Carboni, a significant example of the so-called "organic" furniture. The blankets and some cushions are decorated with a one-of-a-kind Dubrovnik "Pattern" inspired by the traditional local costumes. Dubrovnik Floor Lamp and Dubrovnik Sofa are designed specially for this project by Arthur Casas.
