Notice on the method of submitting complaints
In accordance with Article 6 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services and Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform users of services that a written complaint regarding the quality of contracted services may be submitted:

  • by post to the address: Vlaha Bukovca 6, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia
  • by e-mail to: guestservices@villa-dubrovnik.hr
  • in person at the business premises

We will provide written confirmation of receipt of the complaint.
A written reply to the complaint will be given no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint; therefore, we kindly ask that you include your contact address in your complaint for the delivery of the response.
