On September 12th, Pjerin welcomes Chef Bruno Vokal

The final edition of this season’s Chefs’ Stories brings a new culinary collaboration to Pjerin, as Executive Chef Robert Račić welcomes Chef Bruno Vokal for an exclusive four-hands dinner on Saturday, 12 September.

Chef Bruno Vokal, Head Chef at Zagreb’s Michelin-starred restaurant Noel, brings his distinctive perspective to contemporary Croatian cuisine, combining precision, creativity and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients. Together with Robert Račić, he will create a menu especially for this evening, a meeting of two culinary perspectives, brought together by exceptional ingredients and the unique setting of Pjerin.

The tasting menu moves from the flavours of the Adriatic and local produce to more indulgent creations, with carefully considered touches of seafood, vegetables, meat and citrus throughout. Each course reflects the chefs’ shared appreciation for quality ingredients and contemporary culinary expression.

Overlooking the Adriatic, Pjerin provides the setting for an evening centred around exceptional cuisine, thoughtful hospitality and the pleasure of discovering what happens when two chefs bring their individual styles to the same table.

With only 40 seats available, this final Chefs’ Stories dinner offers an intimate opportunity to experience Bruno Vokal and Robert Račić together, in a menu created exclusively for one evening.

The evening begins with cocktails at 19:30 and the dinner experience unfolds over approximately three hours.
