After arrival, Kameni Dvori will introduce the participants to the hosts and lay out the cooking class program. Depending on the season, desires, and interests of all participants, they agree on a cooking plan with you. This plan varies depending on the available seasonal crops, participants’ wishes, and particular interests.
Kameni Dvori explains all the ingredients that you need for the meals. The first step is making homemade bread, and each participant will knead their bread. While the bread rises, they take you to their garden, pick the necessary ingredients, and gather fresh eggs. After you return to the kitchen, you will experience making a tasty traditional meal and cake with those ingredients. They usually prepare their traditional menu Lovorno skewer (meat on bay leaf sticks). Additionally, if you like, you can also experience milking the neighbour’s goat!
While the food is cooking, it’s wine tasting time. The hosts proudly present their 500-year family tree stories, and you will have an unforgettable local experience with a tailor-made cooking class!
The tour includes: a driver at your disposal for 6 hours, welcome drink, guidance/presentations, meal including drink, wine tasting.
