Heidsieck at Pjerin
On the 29th of August, join us at Pjerin for an evening dedicated to the House’s distinctive style, guided by Dražan Dennis Šunjić, Charles Heidsieck’s representative in Croatia.
Founded in Reims in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck, the House was born from the ambition of a young entrepreneur determined to forge his own path. Adventurous and unconventional, Charles Heidsieck went on to become one of Champagne’s great personalities, famously travelling across the Atlantic and introducing his Champagne to the American market. His spirit of curiosity, independence and audacity continues to shape the House today.
That spirit is reflected in the wines themselves: elegant yet complex, with meticulous blending at their heart. Charles Heidsieck places particular importance on its reserve wines, some of which are patiently aged for years before becoming part of the House’s blends. For Charles Heidsieck, time is not simply part of the process, it is considered a fourth varietal, contributing depth, texture and character to its wines.
Chef Robert Račić has created an elegant tasting menu to accompany a curated selection of Charles Heidsieck Champagnes, taking guests on a journey through the House’s signature expressions, from Blanc de Blancs and Brut Réserve to its vintage and rosé cuvées, culminating with the exceptional Blanc des Millénaires 2014.

Seating is limited.
A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Villa. Departures from the Ploče Gate bus station run every hour and 5 minutes, while departures from Villa Dubrovnik run every full hour, between 15:00 and 23:00.
The final transfer from Ploče to the Villa is at 23:05.
Transfers are operated by a dark grey Mercedes V-Class.
